Welcome to Some Travel Required. A travel blog about two first-time backpackers attempting to travel the world on a shoestring budget. We created this blog to keep in touch with friends and family as we fumble our way around the globe. We're also hoping that others thinking about embarking on their own RTW adventure will find this blog useful.

7 months is a very, very long time to spend traveling with someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, especially if that someone is your significant other!
